Races
Marathon Training
Get your personalized plan to run a PR or finish your first big marathon.
Plans are for all major marathons including NYC, Boston, Chicago, Disney, Marine Corps, Baltimore and many more. All plans are geared specifically toward that particular race course. Please email me with the marathon you are planning to do and I will design a plan for you. There are two types of marathon training: basic and deluxe, both are 16 week plans.
Basic - Includes a day to day written schedule, race strategies/preparation, and one initial phone consultation.
Deluxe - Includes the benefits of the basic plus unlimited email contact and phone contact when needed, allowing for any changes necessary for optimal performance.
Races
Are your sights set on a particular race that is not a marathon? If so, I will customize a program that will help you reach your goals. For those living in Maryland, some races include the Annapolis 10 miler and Baltimore ½ marathon. Training plans are also available for 5K races as well.
